"Braised Abalone with Mushrooms Recipe" (Queen Brand South African Premium Abalone can be eaten as soon as it is opened, the following is just a suggested recipe)
Ingredients: Queen Brand South African Premium Abalone, Mushrooms, Broccoli, Dried Onions, Garlic, Ginger, Oil
Seasoning: Water, Cornstarch, Chicken Powder, Rock Sugar, Oyster Sauce, Dark Soy Sauce
1. Put the original canned abalone in a large pot of water (the water must cover the entire can), heat the water and the can together, and remember not to boil the water dry. Boil for 3 hours in boiling water.
2. Open the abalone can and reserve the brine in the can.
3. Cut the mushrooms into slices and wash and cut the broccoli into pieces.
4. Peel and cut the dried onions, garlic and ginger into thick slices. Cut a "well" pattern on the back of the abalone.
5. Add cornstarch to 1/2 cup of water and stir to make cornstarch water.
6. Add chicken powder and other seasonings and stir well.
7. Broccoli: Boil broccoli in boiling water for 5 minutes or until desired hardness.
 
Abalone and mushrooms:
8. Heat olive oil in a wok and fry dried onions, garlic and ginger until fragrant.
9. Add mushroom slices and abalone, then add 1/2 can of abalone brine.
10. Simmer over low heat for about 5 minutes.
11. If necessary, add more abalone brine to let the mushrooms absorb all the water.
12. Add sauce and stir slowly. Taste and serve.
