Codfish Maw is recommended to add Chinese yam, pig tendon, tangerine peel, red dates, ginger
Steam the codfish maw over water for 10 minutes until slightly softened, do not open the lid, bake directly until the water cools down, then rinse, add water, and soak in the refrigerator for about 12 hours. The soaked codfish maw can be divided according to the amount, packed separately with fresh-keeping bags, and stored in the refrigerator. Thaw and cook when needed. During the soaking and baking process, the soup pot and water must not be contaminated with oil and other impurities, otherwise the fish maw will easily lose its shape (melt).
